For any Shellac/Gel, or Acrylic manicure or pedicure appointments, please remember to schedule a soak-off or removal. Please telephone us if you need help scheduling.
Please note any No Call/No Show will result in full payment of service before rescheduling or re-booking your next appointment.
Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment. For same day appointments we ask for a 3 hour notice. Please call, 216-421-8380. All Appointments scheduled online must provide a credit card as well as any services $70 or more. Request a New Appointment
When you reach the last step of scheduling your online appointment, don't forget to click request appointment. After you have completed your appointment request, you will see Appointment Request Successful! You will receive an email when your appointment request has been approved. If you do not receive an email, please give us a call at (216) 421-8380 to confirm that your appointment has been scheduled.
